Register for YWCA Child Care

To register your child at one of our Child Care Centres please contact the Centre Supervisor at the location of your choice. The Supervisor will be able to advise you as to availability of space and arrange for a personal tour. Contact information for our centres can be found here. Once you are ready to register your child, forms can be downloaded below or picked up at any of our Child Care Centres.

 

Fees and Payment

Fees are due one month in advance payable on the first of the month. Families are required to pay a $10 membership fee upon registration and annually thereafter. There is a $15 non-refundable registration fee that is not deducted from the first month's fees.

A fee deposit in the amount of $100 is required at the time of registration and is deducted from the first month's fees. Should a family change their mind, this deposit will be kept in lieu of one month's notice.

A non-refundable deposit is required annually for fall registration in our school age before and after school program as well as for before and after school Kindergarten in those schools involved in full day learning. This deposit is applied to September fees.

Withdrawal

Should you wish to withdraw your child from the program at any time we require 1 months' notice or fees in lieu.

Subsidy

Subsidy is available for qualifying families through the Region of Waterloo Child Care Subsidy office. Contact the Region or the YWCA for more information.
